Now, I could sit here giving advice about nutrition and training like many others do, but one of the first things I learned in this industry was that every individual has different needs... goals, muscle imbalances, body types....we are all different, so how could I give advice as a whole? I truly believe that everyone should lead some form of healthy lifestyle... not necessarily a teetotal, colourless life, but to at least think twice when it comes to lifestyle and food choices.
People seem to face all sorts of barriers to good health - fast food, fast living, alcohol, stress, money problems - all these factors lead to health problems.
All it takes is the correct guidance, good personalised programming and a little bit of discipline and you can achieve whatever goal you desire.
After all, one of the few characteristics that separates us from the animal world is being able to move out of our comfort zone...
so stop being an ape!
